Matt is the co-founder of Elite Baseball with nearly two decades of experience as a coach and instructor. Matt specializes in pitching instruction and coaches the Elite Baseball Showcase Teams. Matt also leads the Elite Baseball College Placement Services Program and has helped placed 315 players in college programs since 2007.
Matt is the co-founder of Elite Baseball. After a successful collegiate career at Millersville, Matt was drafted by the Cleveland Indians. He completed his professional career in 2006 and has been involved in developing, coaching and mentoring young ballplayers for more than a decade. Matt coaches the Elite Showcase Teams and specializes in hitting instruction.
Jonathan is one of the founders of Elite National with nearly two decades of experience as a college coach and instructor. Jonathan spent 10 years as a college coach, 7 of which were at the Division 1 level. Jonathan is the Director of the Elite National Teams and coaches and oversees all age groups.
Nate has been with Elite Baseball since 2024. Nate played 2 years of Junior College Baseball at Dundalk Community College in Maryland as a 2-way player, then 3 years at Neumann University in Pennsylvania as a pitcher only. Nate oversees all of Elite’s Lessons, Regional Teams, Youth Camps and Clinics.
Dana joined Elite in 2017 and has spent his time coaching 13 - 18 age teams along with leading the college recruiting efforts at the regional level. Dana has over 35 years of baseball coaching experience along with over 20 years of college recruiting experience. He is a firm believer that being an “advocate” for our players with college coaches makes a difference.
Jason joined Elite in 2020 after spending years coaching at the Little League and High School levels. Since joining Elite he has primarily worked with high school teams. Jason had an impactful high school career while competing for the PA State Championship multiple times along with having a college career in the Midwest. As a teacher, by profession, he takes an interest in how our players develop.
Zach is a former Elite Baseball Player who graduated from Cedar Crest High School and went on to play Division I college baseball at Mount St. Mary’s before graduating in 2017. At The Mount Zach played in more than 120 games as an outfielder, had a career .251 average with 70 RBI and posted a career .303 on-base percentage. Zach started his coaching career at Elite Baseball in 2018 and specializes in hitting and outfield.
Arne has been involved in the game of baseball for several decades as a coach and umpire. He has coached players from 9 to 18 years old including years as a High School and American Legion skipper. Arne has impacted thousands of kids as a coach and umpire and his diverse background allows him to assist players in every aspect of the game.
Geoff brings a wealth of knowledge to Elite. He has been involved with College Baseball for over 11 years and being the Recruiting Coordinator at Delaware St. and Limestone College. Geoff will specialize in recruiting players for all of our National teams.
